Maintenance and Housekeeping

• Preventative and corrective maintenance of all parts of the homes and apartment villas, including appliance repairs to even changing light bulbs
• Maintenance of all landscaping and public spaces
• Weekly housekeeping and linen service
• Periodic window washing, carpet cleaning, painting/touch-up and other heavy housekeeping.
• Personal laundry services available*

Dining

• Restaurant-style dining with a host or hostess to assure quality wait staff service
• Monthly dining room credit per person including the main dining rooms or casual bistro
• Private dining rooms for special family or social occasions
• A “no tipping” policy to ensure consistently good service
• Dietitian services
• Able to meet special dietary needs
• Home delivery or take-out meals available*
• Catering in private dining rooms or in residences available*

Security

• 24-hour security by The Marshes of Skidaway Island personnel
• Centrally monitored fire and smoke alarms in all residences
• Security checks of your home when you are away
• Back-up power system for The Oaks Health Center, The Island Club, and apartment villa buildings
• Daily checks on residents

Utilities, Insurance and Taxes

• All utilities including electricity, natural gas, basic cable TV, water, sewer, trash removal and pest control
• All insurance included (except for personal belongings)
• All property taxes included

Convenience Services
